All welded construction in 2mm steel plate with flat sealed base, hinged lid fitted with safety stay and secured by hasp & staple. Lift out shelves are available as an optional extra. Finished powder coated red with safety labels. Optional extras include vents, floor skids & mortise locks.

SLOPING & FLAT TOP BINS

FLAMVAULT HAZARDOUS STORAGE - 700mm & 1445mm Wide
Purpose-built Hazardous Chemical Flamvaults. Constructed in 2mm single-skinned fabricated sheet steel, with all seams welded and with a sealed base sump fitted with drain plug outlet. Above the sump to be a reinforced galvanised flooring to support heavier drums.

The vault enclosed by a full-area lift-up lid mounted on heavy-duty pin hinges, assisted by gas struts, and secured by sideways- locking mortise lock and additional hasp and staple to accommodate padlock (padlocks not included). The lid is also supported by a retaining bar when in the upright position. Internally the vault fitted with 2 x half-width shelves and externally with 2 x circular airflow vents with flash-arresting copper gauze.

Each end of the cabinet fitted with fabricated steel lifting handles, and the complete assembly mounted on floor skids. The base of the cabinet pre-punched with holes for wheel fixing (wheels are an available as an optional extra).

Supplied in fully built-up form, finished powder-coated Red (RAL3020), supplied with appropriate warning labels.
